李志延酒评：这款酒散发出精致的百花、皮革和层层细致的红色水果干气息，香气华美，单宁丝滑成熟，中段口感更加甜美。在这一时期，葡萄酒在陈酿过程中分为4到5次装瓶，因此瓶与瓶之间差异较大，熟成全部在大橡木桶中进行。1971年是一个温暖的年份，夏季有多次降雨，且天气极好。天气条件导致减产40%到50%，所以葡萄集中甜美。

Tasting Note：Sweet delicate flavors of potpourri, leather and layers of delicate dried red fruits. The gorgeous bouquet is followed by silky, ripe tannins and more sweetness on the mid-palate. During this period, the wines were bottled 4 to 5 times during the wines life so there is much bottle variation. Maturation is in all large oak vats. 1971 was a warm vintage and it rained many times during the summer with perfect summer weather. Conditions reduced crop by 40 to 50%, so grapes are concentrated and sweet.
